Return & Refund Policy

At Stingray Innovations, we stand behind the industrial hot melt equipment, replacement parts, and services we provide. We understand the importance of keeping your equipment operational and are committed to helping resolve product concerns fairly and professionally.

Returns of Unused Products

Eligible standard-stock products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Customers must contact Stingray Innovations to obtain return authorization before shipping any product back.
• Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.
• A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns of non-defective products, including incorrectly ordered items.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on incorrectly ordered or unwanted products.
• Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from an error by Stingray Innovations or as otherwise required by law.

Defective or Malfunctioning Products

If a product is defective or does not operate as intended, please contact Stingray Innovations for assistance.

Our preferred resolution process is:

1. Inspect and evaluate the product to determine the issue.
2. Repair the product when possible and appropriate.
3. Replace the product if repair is not possible.
4. If repair or replacement cannot reasonably be provided, arrange an appropriate refund.

No restocking fee applies to confirmed defective products or products shipped incorrectly by Stingray Innovations.

We will provide return-shipping instructions and cover reasonable return shipping for confirmed defects or shipping errors.

Special Orders and Custom Equipment

Special-order, custom-configured, or specially sourced products are generally nonreturnable unless defective or otherwise required by law.

Any special-order return restrictions will be identified before purchase.

Repair and rebuild services are handled separately under the terms agreed upon for the service.

Please include your order number, product part number, reason for return, and any relevant photographs.

Return instructions and the appropriate shipping address will be provided after authorization.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

Applicable restocking fees and nonrefundable shipping charges will be deducted from eligible refunds. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Additional bank processing time may apply.

Important Information

Customers should verify part numbers, equipment compatibility, voltage, and other product specifications before purchasing.

Stingray Innovations reserves the right to inspect returned products and determine whether they meet the stated return conditions.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law or an express product warranty.
